Shipping & Returns

Shipping

At NNSupply.com, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your "shipping preferences" - whether you choose to ship your items together or as they become available

You'll see your shipping cost listed in Checkout before you submit your order. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order.

Some items may not be readily available and may take 3-5 business days to ship. In-stock items ship within 48 hours. Customers will be notified if items are not in stock.

Returns and Refunds

You can return merchandise to Nationwide Nail & Spa Supply with the option of receiving a credit or an exchange. When mailing merchandise to our warehouse, your only option is to receive a credit for your purchase. You will receive a credit for your purchase if it meets the return criteria.

There is a 30 day return period for all items.

Avoid shipping charges and receive a refund more quickly by returning online orders directly to Nationwide Nail & Spa Supply.

  1. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
  2. You must bring your packing list or receipt and your valid photo ID. Nationwide Nail & Spa Supply accepts the following forms of photo identification:
  • U.S., Canadian or Mexican driver's license
  • U.S. state ID
  • Canadian province ID
  • U.S. military ID
  • Passport
  • Professional license ID

We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy.

Returns By Mail

Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail.

  1. Pack your return in the original package if possible.
  2. Include the return label and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories to avoid additional fees.
  4. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS.
  5. Please send all returns to:

Refunds

Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.

If you return an item to Nationwide Nail & Spa Supply, the credit is applied at the time of the return and usually posts within 72 hours. If you return an item by mail, please allow 14-21 days of processing time.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped:

  • We recommend that you return the item to Nationwide Nail & Spa Supply.
  • If you prefer to mail it, you must call for special instructions: (713) 522-2080
  • We will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Labor, delivery, and/or installation services
  • Digital content (e.g., music downloads from Napster)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
